If you are having problems viewing our web site (and in particular the Japanese characters) please ensure that you have Japanese encoding on your web browser, and for best results use the firefox web browser. You can normally find text/character encoding on each web browser: click on VIEW, then scroll down to TEXT/CHARACTER Encoding. Try each of the Japanese encoding (EUC-JP) until the characters are visible.
